Roaches, in particular, are drawn to warm, humid climates like Missouri and Kansas  and are usually attracted to:

• Clean your dishes after use.
• Clean floor of food debri.
• Tie up your garbage.
• Pet food on the floor.
• Excess moisture.
• Leftover food in empty cans or containers.
